Shipping Policy
Orders will be processed within 4-6 business days and shipped by your choice of shipping method. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number. We are currently shipping out orders on a rolling basis.
Lost or Stolen Packages
La belle beauty Iceland is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed to be delivered to the shipping address provided for the order. La Belle beauty Iceland is not responsible for orders that are delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information being provided at checkout. Please confirm your shipping address before finalizing checkout. If you receive a confirmation email with an address that needs to be updated please contact us as soon as possible to make any changes. Once an order has shipped we cannot make any changes to your shipping address. We cannot refund shipping costs for shipments that are returned to us due to an error in the address provided & returned shipments may be subject to a restocking fee.
Returns and Exchanges

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If a package goes to your PÓSTBOX because the delivery option is set to póstbox on my pages at the post office, we are not responsible for damage to the bond and sealant.
Bond and sealant can be damaged in severe frost, and therefore it is not possible to select a mailbox on this page in the shipping selection.
How the bond is damaged by the frost:
Bond will be dry or lumpy.
